Wishlists (Gift Registry)

Wishlists are a great way to keep track of your favourite items and can function like a gift registry. Start by creating your own wishlist - click on the Wishlists link and then click on 'set up your own registry' link and fill in the form. And now you are ready to add items.

To add items to your wish list search through our catalog to find items you would like to add to your product list. Select the options desired, as well as the quantity you would like to receive, then click the "Add to Registry" button.

You can email your wishlist to friends and family, or they can look up your wishlist by entering your name and email address. This is a great way to keep track of gifts for birthdays, baby showers and holidays. Your friends and family may purchase items from your wish list and the system will keep track of the items and quantities ordered.

Privacy Policy

We appreciate your patronage and want you to know that your privacy is very important to us. Please be assured that your personal information will never be shared or sold. (We want you all to ourselves!)

We use Mailchimp to manage our on-line mailing list. To see how mailchimp handles your information, please visit the  mailchimp. Occasionally, we'll send out an email to keep you posted on Black Eyed Green happenings, however, we use SafeUnsubscribe which guarantees the permanent removal of your email address from our list if you so choose. There will be a SafeUnsubscribe link at the bottom of every email you receive from Black Eyed Green.

Purchasing

We accept credit card payments Via Paypal and Direct Deposit. All of these options are made available to you during check-out. 

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and GST is included for all national sales.

Shipping

Your purchases of in-stock items will be shipped within approximately 3 business days via a courier service. Due to the bulkiness of some items a set shipping fee of $15 has been set. Please note that the products are not gift wrapped (to help cut down on our environmental footprint) but if you need it to be please ask!

In a hurry?
If your purchased items are in stock, we are happy to ship via USPS Express Mail (overnight service) when ordered by 12 noon PST. This shipping option can be selected during check-out. Please note that custom and made-to-order items are not available for overnight delivery and will be clearly identified in their product description.

International

Returns

We hope that you'll be thrilled with your purchases, but in the event you're less than pleased email us at hello@blackeyedgreen.com.au and give us the opportunity to make things right! In most instances, we'll be happy to issue a refund, minus the shipping costs, if the item is returned to us within 14 days.Please contact us for specific instructions before returning an item, and note that items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Exceptions: We're unable to accept returns on custom orders
